Shipping, Returns & Refunds

 

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Orders with a value of less than R650 will have a courier charge of R60 - R99. 
Orders over the value of R650 will be shipped free. Pickups are available Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm only. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery to main cities will take place between 1 and 3 working days, while regional/outlying areas usually take 3-5 working days. The delivery time-frame depends on the logistics and your delivery location. If you need your order urgently please call us after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist. Pickup orders will be notified as soon as it's ready for collection, which will usually be in 24 hours.

 

WHAT ADDRESSES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship orders to physical addresses ( No post boxes ). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries.   

RETURNS

We trust that you are happy with your purchases from Euphoric Bodhi, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned within 7 days of receipt.

All items must be returned to us in a perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit) and will be inspected once we have received the return as we would love to sell the product again. This means all products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labelling. Products must not have been opened and/or used (unless faulty).

Please ensure your return is properly packaged before returning it to us, we suggest using the box your order arrived in with the same fill we have used to send the order out. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided via email. 

Return shipping costs will be your own responsibility and shipping costs are non-refundable. After inspection by EUPHORIC BODHI, and all is in order with your return a refund will be made, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days. 

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Please note, we can only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged.With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
